One of the goals of losing weight is toning specific body parts more prone to deposition of fats. There are self help physical activities to get rid of double chin , which is one of the areas difficult to work on. Listed here are suggested exercise you could do at home on a daily basis. Exert palm force on your forehead against a resisting force exerted by your neck and head. Do this for 10 seconds, with the same routine on your back head, and each side. Repeating the procedure tightens you neck and chin part. Another exercise is to sit on a chair holding down to its side with your arms stretched. Make sure that you are, of course, using an armless chair. Incline your head up, and then move your mouth in an open and close position. You should feel your chin and neck muscles being worked on after doing daily set. Slightly tap under chin part with the back of your palm. Spontaneously repeat the process for few minutes increasing your speed. We should remember though, that physical activity is always coupled with eating healthy diet. Unpleasant sagging areas of our body due to excessive fats could be eliminated and in this case, get rid double chin, by monitoring food intake and burning the unused calories with appropriate exercise. cardio
