PREVENT SWEATING - HOW TO DO IT
Sweating stabilizes temperature of the body under irregular environmental temperature such as when one has a fever, during hot weather conditions, and after a strenuous exercise. In most cases, theres really not much concern to sweating except that it sometimes restricts a person from interacting with other people out of insecurity. Excessive sweating becomes a problem when youre experiencing such even under normal situations. The condition is termed hyperhidrosis and could now be treated to stop sweat, depending on whats causing it. Here are several causes and recommended treatment for each specific sweating disorder. Idiopathic. This often runs in the family both common to men and women more specially of ages under 25. Excessive sweating is sometimes prominent under certain circumstances as when one is stressed out, when eating spicy food, or when its extremely hot. Several areas most often affected are both pars of palms, soles of feet, armpits, and or face. The doctor may prescribed regular anti perspirant as an initial treatment to prevent sweating. Secondary focal hyperhidrosis. One of its symptoms is asymmetrical sweating on specific parts of the body as compared to the primary focal hyperhodrosis or idiopathic. It is often caused by an injury acquired or a spinal disease. The doctor usually performs test to determine the underlying cause of such excessive sweating. racquet ball
